a) Do research on preservation and development of traditional Vietnamese cultural and art forms
b) Provide occupational information, consultancy, training, cultivation and enhancement of preservation and development for traditional Vietnamese cultural and art forms.

III. ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE
Traditional culture and art development center is an independent organization without a legal status and under the direct management of Management Council and Leader Board of the Institute.
